Roll up your sleeves, grab your friends, and learn how to make individual pieces of nigiri sushi in this fun Nigiri Sushi Making Class in Tokyo! You’ll learn how to perfectly mix vinegar into the rice, and then become a pro at shaping it into perfect nigiri form. Use an ingredient of your choice to top it off, using the freshest seafood or perhaps an alternative protein for your handmade nigiri sushi! It’s a common misconception that sushi can only be made using raw fish, but in fact, vegetables, tofu, and meat products are commonly used, making for delicious variations. Although, some fresh seafood on top of a perfectly-shaped piece of rice (that’s slightly warmed by the hand) is undeniably delicious any time of day.
