Tailor-Made Tours
Can’t find what you’re looking for? We can plan a custom-made food experience or itinerary just for you.

Frank’s Ramen Tour was a true highlight of our trip to Japan. Frank is a wonderful host and does a fantastic job with this tour, which flows seamlessly from shop to shop filled with ramen history and education. A totally interactive experience and opportunities to learn more about ramen, or Tokyo/Japan in general.
Of course the highlight of the tour is the FOOD! Frank has scheduled a wide variety of ramen in manageable portions. Shio, Shoyu, Tantamen, Soba, Curry, Miso Curry, and “fusion” options. Stop 1 has 4 choices, you choose 2. Stop 2 has 3 choices, you choose 2. Stop 3 has 4 choices, you choose 2. If you’re travelling as a couple, you can order all of the bowls and share – trying 11 different ramens! Note that even though the portions are small, it is still A LOT of food. We ordered all 11 bowls (as a couple), shared them and didn’t finish any of them. We left full but stopped ourselves before getting too stuffed.
TLDR: Just do it, you won’t regret it. This tour is fantastic.
